By: Andy Odorzynski, Induron National Sales Manager

One of the highlights of being the sales manager at a company like Induron is our annual sales meeting. This year our team gathered in Birmingham and conducted our sales strategy meetings Barber Motor Sports. It was my first visit to the facility, and it was an amazing experience. I am excited to share that one of the reasons we conducted our meeting off-site is because our team has now outgrown our Induron meeting space with the additions of Glenda Curry and Cody Paradis in 2025. Growth is exciting, and these are exciting times at Induron!

During our sales meeting, each of my teammates had the opportunity to present their plans for 2026 to the group. We work hard to connect each of our stated goals to actions we are committing to take, which will support those outcomes. Making those commitments to your team, from the front of the room, is an exercise that requires real self evaluation and buy-in. As we worked through the presentations, one theme became clear: we have so much great opportunity that our challenge will be executing on all of it.

In 2026, we plan to grow within our market channels, as well as increase our geographic footprint by adding more teammates. While Induron has long participated in the water infrastructure market, we have now grown our ceramic epoxy lineup to include the industry’s most applicator-friendly and robust coating solutions for treatment plant and manhole assets. We have the amazing opportunity of sharing with engineers and owners that the same ceramic epoxy protection, which has been their basis of design in their most aggressive untreated influent pipe environments can now be used to protect the rest of their system.

Induron’s partnerships with electrical utilities throughout the world continues to fuel the growth of our Power market. We work with utilities to care for their aging structures, as well as protect their new installations. Induron’s ability to dedicate focus to the specific nuances of this market has allowed us to thrive not only in the United States, but throughout South America. In 2026 we plan to expand these operations into Australia and the EU as we work to become the coatings experts the energy industry relies on.

Water tanks are a personal passion for me and a foundational part of my background. I am extremely proud to have Ceramaprime Cold Cure and Permaclean 100 SL in our lineup for 2026. We are redefining the boundaries of what’s possible with NSF certified epoxies, and we’ve done it the right way: with diligent empirical and practical testing. These products represent the fulfillment of Induron’s mission to create Reliable Protection Through Innovative Coatings. We are living those words when we develop ways to bring owners longer service lives, with less expense and greater applicator safety.  I’m proud of that.

Our success to date also affords us the opportunity to add to our team. I’m hoping to find sales teammates in Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Carolina, and other regions. With that in mind, perhaps the most important thing I can say about Induron in 2026 is this call to action for anyone who thinks they might be a good fit for our team:

This is the place where exciting things are happening. This is where ideas and effort are funded and nourished. We are launching amazing new technology, and we believe in long term relationship based partnerships. We are the premier coatings partner in our markets and we want teammates who are looking to help us lead the industry for the next generation. Give me a call if you want to be part of the excitement in 2026 and beyond!
