Recently, we had the privilege of working with Graco to validate two exciting new advancements that will help move our industry forward: our Perma-Clean 100 SL high-build water tank lining and Graco’s new King E-Max XT all-electric single-leg sprayer.
Innovation that Simplifies the Job
Perma-Clean 100 SL was designed to simplify what has traditionally been a complex process. Most high-build, single-coat tank linings require plural-component spray equipment due to short working times or chemical reaction constraints. With Perma-Clean 100 SL, contractors can achieve the same exceptional performance with a single-leg sprayer—though plural-component systems are still an option if desired. This innovation allows teams to complete projects more efficiently while maintaining the highest standards for potable water tank protection.
Pairing Perma-Clean 100 SL with Graco’s King E-Max XT makes the process even easier. This all-electric sprayer eliminates the need for large tow-behind compressors, is quiet, easy to operate, and features tool-less ProConnect pump replacement, reducing downtime on the job. During our testing, we were able to spray 150’ of hose and reach 30’ vertically without any issues—demonstrating that these two innovations truly complement each other.
