I started out working for an underground asset rehabilitation contractor, where I learned the importance of consistency, quality, and strong work practices. Those early lessons opened the door to a role with a major coatings manufacturer as a Technical Service Representative, supporting clients across North America.
That role demanded long hours and constant travel, but it gave me something invaluable: hands-on experience training contractors, ensuring proper product applications, and witnessing firsthand how the right coating system extends the life of critical infrastructure.
Over time, I came to understand that the real value in our industry lies in combining two things: quality materials and professional application. When those come together, the result is cost-effective, long-lasting solutions. That realization became the focus of my career.
In 2025, after some persistent persuasion from an old colleague, I joined Induron. From the very first introductions, it was clear this was more than a coatings company. Induron felt like a family—one built on technical expertise, integrity, and a genuine commitment to customers. Those values mirrored my own, making the decision an easy one.
Today, I’m proud to be part of a company that is truly dedicated to contractors, engineers, and owners.
