Perma-Clean III

Perma-Clean III is a user-friendly, two-component, high solids, chemical and corrosion resistant epoxy coating formulated to provide excellent protection to a variety of substrates in corrosive environments for the finishing of steel and concrete. It has excellent resistance to abrasion and is suitable for immersion as well as chemical contact exposure.

Perma-Clean III meets the requirements of the Food Safety and Inspection Service of the U.S. Department of Agriculture as chemically acceptable for use in areas where there is a possibility of incidental food contact. It has excellent resistance to abrasion and is suitable for immersion in non-potable water as well as immersion in neutral, alkaline and salt solutions. The versatility of Perma-Clean III makes it an ideal candidate for swimming pools, natatoriums, concrete floors and immersion in aliphatic petroleum hydrocarbon solvents.

Available in a gloss finish and in a wide range of colors, the epoxy coating also has very low VOC (less than 100 g/L; 0.8 lb/gal, mixed) and is Ozone Transmission Commission (OTC Phase I and Phase II) compliant. When used with Induron E-60 Accelerator, it can increase the normal curing rate of reaction and provide a rapid low temperature cure down to 35F to 40F.
