E-Bond 100 is a high solids, general use industrial penetrating sealer for priming and patching previously painted or marginally prepared surfaces. E-Bond 100's wetting and wicking properties facilitate adhesion to otherwise unpaintable substrates. Textured for worker safety.

Single Leg Airless Spray: Use pump capable of 2,000 psi line pressure; 0.013-0.015 spray tip, do not thin
Brush and Roll: Use stiff bristle round brush where applicable

Surface Preparation
All substrates must be clean and dry, free of dirt, oils, greases and contaminants.
Previously Painted Steel
Hand tool, Power tool or pressure wash as per SSPC SP-2, SP-3 or NACE WJ-4 to produce a clean, dry and sound surface
Concrete
Abrasive blast as per SSPC SP-13 to an ICRI CSP 3 or greater. Can be applied over Mortarchem and EFS 707
Unpainted Steel
Remove all loosely adherent corrosion products and contaminants as per SSPC SP-2
Performance Testing
- ✓ ASTM D4541 Pneumatic Adhesion to Indurethane 6600 Plus Topcoat: 1600 psi at 60 day recoat interval
- ✓ ASTM D4541 Pneumatic Adhesion to Permagloss Topcoat: 1700 psi at 60 day recoat interval
- ✓ ASTM D4541 Pneumatic Adhesion to SSPC SP-3 prepared raw steel: 1300 psi average
