AQUANAUT II ACRYLIC ENAMEL
An ideal coating for top coating a wide range of previously painted surfaces
One of Induron’s most versatile and environmentally friendly top coats comes via our Aquanaut II Acrylic Enamel. It is a single component, water borne, chemically resistant, acrylic gloss enamel known for its user-friendly nature. It can be sprayed, brushed and rolled and has excellent dry fall properties when applied correctly. The low stress film and outstanding adhesion make it an ideal coating for top coating a wide range of previously painted surfaces. It has excellent flow & leveling characteristics, long term color & gloss retention. Because Aquanaut II is a low VOC, water borne enamel and does not contain lead or chromates, it complies with the most stringent of environmental regulations.

As an attractive finish for most interior or exterior surfaces including steel, wood, drywall, weathered or primed galvanizing and masonry. Aquanaut© II Acrylic Enamel offers long-term corrosion protection, mildew resistance, very good gloss and color retention on tanks, towers, bridges, structural steel, pipes and similar structures. May be used direct-to-metal in general to mild industrial environments. Aquanaut© II is compatible over many aged paints (test patch is recommended). For mild to moderately aggressive environments, use Aquanaut© Acrylic Primer and Aquanaut© II Acrylic Enamel as a two or three coat system. Aquanaut will "dry fall" under most conditions.
Aquanaut© II is compatible with PE-70, CeramaPrime, Armorlux Primer, E-Bond 100, Induramastic 85, Indurazinc MC-67, AC-220 and other Induron mid and low sheen products.
