Selling the Induron Way

By Russell Hicks

Growing up in the Deep South, as a kid I was taught certain key values, such as, “Respect your elders.” It was important to have integrity and being viewed a reliable person was always a good thing.

As I have grown older, looking around at the landscape of today, these values don’t seem to be held with as high regard as they were back in the “good ole days.”

But when I joined Induron, I found myself surrounded by a team of people who had like values. Four of the key values that make up the foundation of Induron are:

  1. INTEGRETY
  2. RESPECT
  3. RELIABILTY
  4. INNOVATION

The art of relationship selling combined with our four key values is how we “ROLL” here at Induron. We follow through with great customer service skills. We treat customers and potential prospects with respect.

Countless engineers, architects and contractors rely on our industry-leading innovative products, such as our line of Ceramic Epoxies, especially Perma-Clean 100 Ceramic Epoxy.

Perma-Clean 100 is a solvent free, immersion grade lining that incorporates ceramic pigment into an amine cured epoxy resin for maximum corrosion protection of immersed substrates. Perma-Clean 100 is a unique and outstanding barrier coating formulated for the protection of steel and concrete for potable water immersion.

I am proud to be a part of the Induron family, and it is refreshing that in this hectic world we live in business can still be conducted and carried out with values I was taught as a kid.

Founded in 1947, Induron manufactures high performance coatings that serve a range of industrial applications, including the wastewater, transmission and distribution and groundwater storage industries. Learn more about us at www.Induron.com.
