Induron Contributes to the Casting for Kids Fishing Tournament

By: Paul Powers, Induron Sales Representative

In March, Painters and Allied Trades for Children’s Hopes (P.A.T.C.H.) hosted its first annual Casting for Kids Fishing Tournament at Alhonna Resort and Marina on Lake Ozark in St. Louis, Missouri. Induron is a proud supporter of P.A.T.C.H and was pleased to contribute to the Casting for Kids event. Plus, I was thrilled to support “fishing for a cause.”

Established in 2008, P.A.T.C.H. supports local organizations that provide supportive services to children in its local communities. The organization recognizes the important role it can play in bettering children’s lives and understands that children are the key to a prosperous future. P.A.T.C.H. relies on donations to provide a wide variety of support for local communities to improve the lives of children in need and to ensure that their futures are bright and productive.

The first annual event was a huge success, and I’m already looking forward to next year’s tournament. If you’re interested in learning more about P.A.T.C.H and its mission, visit their website here.

I am proud to work for a company with such a heart for philanthropy. Contributing to this event is just one of many ways Induron gives back to the community. For instance, last year Induron partnered with American Tank Maintenance and the parents, students and alumni of The Westfield School to restore the school’s playground and give it a brand-new look. Induron also supports the Jimmie Hale Mission, Boy Scouts of America and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
